Field Reports & Player Reviews

Every world leaves a record. Field Reports is where the Macrocosm team shares development transmissions, design statements, and questions for the players who live among these stars. Read each report, tell us what feels true in play, and challenge what does not. Future in-game datapads will point players to selected reports and review prompts. Participation will be rewarded equally; honest answers matter more than agreement. Your voice helps us decide what needs repair, what deserves to grow, and where the universe should turn next.

Transmission 001: Welcome to Field Reports

There is a difference between describing a living universe and listening to the people who live inside it. Field Reports is where those two things meet. Auralae, Dante, and the Macrocosm staff will share development reports, questions, and honest statements about what we are building. Players can answer just as honestly: what works, what feels unfinished, what surprised you, and whether the experience matches what we said it would be. In time, selected in-game datapads will point directly to individual reports. Completing a linked review will award the same cash and reputation to every participating player, whether the response is praise, criticism, uncertainty, or disagreement. The reward is for showing up and helping us understand this universe through your eyes. As the worlds turn, so do the stars continue to burn. Macrocosm will change as its players do, and this is where we will keep the record.
